GOVERNMENT OF KEALA

NON RESIDENT KEALITES’ AFFAIRS (A) DEPARTMENT

CIRCULAR

No.7201/A2/2003/NORKA             Dated: Thiruvananthapuram, 22nd November, 2003

It has come to the notice of the Government that some of the Hon. Representatives of NORKA, members of the Follow Up Committees and other Malayalee Associations are using Government of Kerala Emblem on their visiting cards, letter heads and other stationeries. This is highly improper. All members of various committees constituted by the Department of NORKA and Association are hereby advised not to use Government of Kerala Emblem in their visiting cards/letter heads/other stationery. The Department of NORKA may get associated in the conduct of Meets, Festivals, Exhibitions, Seminars etc, in association with Malayalee Organisations in different parts of the world. However, the organisers have no right to use the Government of Kerala Emblem in any manner, on articles connected with the event. Violation of this would invite serious consequences. All members of the Committee and officials of the Associations are therefore requested to strictly follow the directions. The Department of NORKA will shortly issue identification cards to all members of the Committee. The receipt of the circular may kindly be acknowledged.
